"Called in for auto insurance and was spoken to like I was a child. If you hate your job, just don’t work in the industry..? No idea how they have such good reviews. I’m convinced they give their clients something in exchange for a good review. I know people insured with State Farm and I’ll let them know my experience with this office so they move their policies elsewhere (if they’re at this office) to prevent them being treated like I was. If that’s how they treat a potential new client, how do they talk to current clients? I will say that it took a few calls during my work day to get them to pick up as well."

"I was given a card at Day In Damascus which I have seen this agency set up a booth there for multiple years handing out (FREE) super cool hats for kids and adults. With genuine kindness not just with marketing mind. Colin handed me a card to get quoted and I took it hoping to save some much needed money on insurance, like the rest of us!
